• A student who wishes to obtain an official transcript of records from the school must pay in full the fixed tuition (8 semesters/times) and also in full all other financial obligations.
   
• The Registrar's Office will not issue the Transcript of Records unless the above obligations are fulfilled.

1. See the duly designated Registrar Staff.
2. Secure a copy of the Application Form.
3. Accomplish/fill-out the Application Form clearly, accurately and completely.
4. Proceed to the Cashier and pay the necessary dues.
5. Return the copy of the Application Form to the Registrar's Office.
