1. Tuition fee paid to GS FAME Institute of Business cannot be refunded for any reason/s, except when prospective candidates fail in the State Exam (Ujian Nasional) and thereby, do not graduate from high school.
2. All students are required to pay the Fixed Tuition for 8 times.
3. GS FAME Institute of Business will only accept candidates who enroll in accordance to the rules applied by the institute and complete the entire academic and administrative requirements. A student is considered enrolled after the tuition fee is paid and the enrollment form is filled out.
4. Student attendance is checked on the first day of classes. In exceptional cases wherein students cannot join the first week of the semester, make-up classes will be given to late enrollees and additional fees will be charged.

1. Students are required to abide with the Academic and Administrative policies of the Academic and Finance Department of GS FAME Institute of Business.
2. GS FAME Institute of Business will only accept candidates who fulfill all requirements for admission and pass the entrance test, matriculation test and interview.
3. Students should follow the terms of payment as set by the Institute together with other fees such as; Matriculation Class Fee and Comprehensive Exam Fee.
4. Tuition fee or any payment paid to GS FAME Institute of Business cannot be refunded for any reason/s, except when prospective students fail to submit the required documents as stated in the admission procedure for entry into the program.
