The library offers the following services :
- The library is open from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 19:30 PM.
- A maximum of five (5) books may be borrowed by a student at one time for a maximum period of one (1) week.
- A book may be borrowed overnight on a first-come, first-served basis and may be renewed provided it is not reserved by other users.
- Borrowed books not returned on the due date shall be charged an overdue fine of Rp.2,000 for every book per day.
- Books should be returned after one (1) week; otherwise, borrowers shall be charged of the accumulated fine for the total number of days including the two week time allowable period.
- Reference books such as dictionaries and encyclopedias, as well as professional journals, magazines, theses, Business Practicum Papers and others are not allowed to be taken out of the library premises.
- In case the borrowed book is lost or destroyed, the borrower will pay the cost of the book based on the current market price plus 50%.
